Do you have significant administrative experience?

ASA Recruitment are looking to source an experienced Project Support Admin to support a large Scottish public sector inquiry. This long term contract role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area, to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Providing support for dealing with all operational requirements for the listening project including event planning and booking, organising travel, communicating with external stakeholders, staff scheduling and identifying necessary support requirements
• Where appropriate, analyse logistical processes and propose improvements for the efficient delivery of all public engagement and participation activities
• Providing support for accurate planning, maintaining transparent records, tracking financial activities and securing data according to Inquiry standards
• Supporting to review all financial and logistical options associated with the delivery of listening project activities, whilst complying with all budget considerations, and put forward recommendations based on research and evidence

• Extensive administrative
• Strong planning and organisational skills including the ability to manage challenging workloads and competing deadlines
• Able to respond flexibly to changing priorities
• Great attention to detail, with the ability to identify and source information to produce accurate written and numerical work
