• Ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of desktop hardware systems
• Provide support to the hardware replacement programme
• Identify replacement issues and install required hardware when required

So, what are we looking for?

• Computing experience, relating to desktop hardware and software
• Relevant computing qualification
• Experience of supporting Microsoft products
