Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor?

If so, ASA Recruitment is working with a local authority to source a Quantity Surveyor to join their Property maintenance division. This contract role would be suitable for a candidate that can easily commute to North Glasgow.

If you started in this role today you would be…
· Undertaking the full scope of the surveying discipline, including valuations, certification, contractual claims, cost profiles, and Bills of Quantities.
· Provide information in support of the property maintenance business plan.
· Work in partnership with colleagues to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and obligations.
· Ensure all capital works are charged timeously to support the production of management information reports.

So, what are we looking for?
· Knowledge of Housing and/or Property Maintenance operations within the construction industry
· Knowledge of relevant regulations and financial legislation relating to the role
· Good commercial awareness and ability to deliver value for money for the service
· Graduate calibre and/or equivalent experience
