ASA Recruitment are working a large public sector body to source an experienced Employee Relations Advisor. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

This role pays up to £326 per day (Inside IR35).

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Coaching, supporting, and guiding our leaders and people managers across the organisation, to translate our people policies and procedures into practice
• Manage HR cases individually, appropriately, and effectively in line with policy and wider legislation
• Escalation point for People Managers to advise on and support more complex cases
• Monitor HR policies and update, write or introduce new policies in line with legal requirements and developments

So, what are we looking for?

• Proven track record of delivering within an employee relations environment (ER Casework management e.g., attendance, disciplinary, grievances and performance)
• Chartered CIPD membership (working towards or willing to), or other relevant qualification
• Regularly reviews procedures and policies to make suitable recommendations for change and where applicable, pre-empts the effects changes will have within own team and the wider organisation
