Are you an Agile Methodology expert looking for your next opportunity?

ASA is proudly searching for a Delivery Manager on behalf of our public-sector client. You will have a pivotal role in leading the management of the programme. The placement is based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with a hybrid working model being phased in.

If you started in this role today, you would…

• Be a motivating leader who can support the cross-functional project teams in meeting delivery expectations efficiently.
• Ensure the team remains focused on the critical aspects of the delivery and create achievable plans.
• Take responsibility for creating a practical function of the Agile Release Train.
• Ensuring the team’s plans and deliverables are accurately detailed in Jira and updating workstream tools, i.e. Jira and Confluence.
• Be a coach and mentor to team members and others and support them in correctly applying Agile tools and techniques.

So, what are we looking for?

• You will be a strong and effective communicator who demonstrates interpersonal skills from the beginning.
• Have a proven record of agile delivery in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Servant-leading a high-performing, continuously delivering, cross-functional development, possibly in a role such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager.
• You will have knowledge of SAFe delivery approaches and GDS or Digital First Standards.
