Are you looking to develop your administration and event planning skills?

ASA are recruiting a temporary fundraising assistant to join one of our third-sector clients. It will be a great opportunity to kick-start your career in the direction you’re looking to go and work for a well-known, and revered organisation in Edinburgh.

Here’s some of what your daily activities will look like…
· You will be drafting reports in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign for donors.
· You’ll support a programme relaunch and assist in the coordination of an events programme.
· You will draft guest lists for each event.
· You will be involved in the basic design of invitation letters.
· Organising the catering of events will be necessary.
· Your collaboration with audio technical and IT teams will also be part of your role.

So what are we looking for?
· You will be a great communicator, both verbally and through written word.
· You’ll be well organised and have excellent attention to detail.
· You will be happy taking on a variety of task, and say calm under pressure.
· You’ll enjoy working with others as part of a team to collaborate and share ideas.
· The role is ideally suitable for someone available for 37 hours a week, but part-time applications will be considered.
