ASA are looking for a Finance and Governance Specialist to investigate the financial model of ICT shared services within a high profile public sector organisation.
Responsibilities:
· Engage with Service Leads and Branch Heads to determine and identify the spread of Shared ICT Services provided
· Analyse outcomes and consider brigading individual or complementary services into commercial offering(s)
· Calculate the actual cost, per user and per device, of each agreed service.
· Identify outdated or missing recharging models that are unfair and/or unsustainable and recommend alternatives
· Model potential recharge/chargeback options for the business
· Forecast funding requirements for the next five years
· Identify potential solutions to maintain financial governance, including accounting moving forward
Requirements:
· Have a proven track record in delivering finance and governance to IT providers
· Experienced in engaging with stakeholders at various levels
· Knowledge of the ICT field
· Experience of a similar role, ideally within the public sector
