Are you an experienced HR Adviser looking for a new placement opportunity?
A fantastic position has come up for ASA Recruitment from one of our public sector clients. This will be a hybrid working role with occasional travel throughout Scotland required.
If you started in this role today, you would…
- Become a key business partner involved in supporting the wider business in the provision of generalist activities, project delivery, policy development, organisational change and the transformation of the service.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, particularly in matters relating to employee relations, T&Cs and the application of HROD policies and procedures.
- Have involvement and responsibility for a number of tasks such as research and reporting, data analysis, training, casework, job analysis and more…
To be successful, you will…
- Be a confident, resilient and organised worker who is able to effectively communicate with others.
- Have a degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge gained through working experience. You will also have CIPD membership.
- Have previous experience as a HR generalist or HR business partner.
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Have a commitment to Diversity and Inclusion in all aspects of the role.
