Your responsibilities include: –
*Comply with COSHH, hygiene and food safety regulations, Health and Safety.
*Report any incidents to person in charge
*Record food and kitchen temperatures
*All relevant documents to be completed accurately
*Delivering nutritious meals

What you require:-
*Food hygiene and allergens certificate
*Good understanding of your role
*Ability to use your own initiative
*Working well on your own and also well within a team
*PVG or willing to apply
