Care Assistants – Dunfermline
A good Care Assistant will have a positive energy about them. They will walk into a room with a smile on their face and radiate a can-do attitude. A positive attitude will help put your service users at ease – as well as helping you, the carer, feel more confident in what you are doing.
ASA are currently recruiting for people that can put smiles on vulnerable adults faces who are now living in care homes.
We have opportunities for the right person’s to work in Care homes all over Fife, where you will become part of a team supporting and helping residents to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Both full-time and part-time work is available putting you in control of your work life balance. Shifts can range from 12 hour day shifts and night shifts or alternative shorter shifts are available day shifts or back shifts. This is entirely flexible so you can choose your working hours to suit your work/life balance.
Temporary roles are an excellent way to level up in your career or to make a quick return to work. Given that you have some experience, a temp role will provide you with a range of new contacts and experience. All temporary roles have the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
Job involves:
· teamwork in a care home environment for the elderly
· helping people carry out their daily activities in line with individual care plans
· promoting independence, dignity and choice
· emotional and social support
Requirements to be considered:
· PVG member or willingness to apply (application to be done through ASA Recruitment).
· SSSC registration or 6 months to register upon joining ASA.
· Be flexible in regards to the support required.
· 6 months UK experience required to apply for this role.
