ASA Recruitment are working with a core Scottish blue light service to recruit an experienced Estates and Valuation Surveyor. This role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland

If you started in this role today you would…

• Measured building and site surveys for valuation and rating purposes
• Research and check all title deeds, property records, agreements and drawings to ensure reflective of the Boards holdings and are maintained up to date
• Correlation of data from BCIS and other professional sources for valuation purposes
• Assist in the preparation of updated valuation details and certificates, reflecting the relevant valuation/tone dates, in consultation with the Estates Manager

So, what are we looking for?

• Strong experience in estates surveying
• Membership of RICS highly advantageous
• Possess sound technical ability in general Estates work
• Ability to undertake property valuations and produce informative reports
