ASA Recruitment are working with the largest public sector client in the country to source a PMO Lead – Planview Expert. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Lead on the configuration and administration of our Planview system, driving user training in order to increase system adoption across corporate departments
• Gather data and information regarding projects or programmes in order to create clear and well-crafted documentation and reports
• Play an instrumental role in establishing, developing, monitoring and managing all Programme and Portfolio Management processes, particularly regarding milestone plans; Risks and opportunities, assumptions, issues and dependencies and Lessons Learned
• Analyse complex PPM information to ensure interdependencies are identified and captured, highlighting any risks or issues are escalated appropriately, and to identify better ways to support the Programme teams with decision-making

So, what are we looking for?

• Expert level experience of configuration, administration and training on the use Planview
• Proven work experience as a Programme Management Officer whereby you are ready to demonstrate your readiness for a Portfolio level role or have or are operating at Portfolio level already
• Deep practitioner level experience with PPM principles and methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, Waterfall and PPM tools and applications
