ASA Recruitment are working alongside a popular Glasgow college to source a Workforce Development Officer, this role is suitable for candidates based in Glasgow and the surrounding area.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Assist in the management of the delivery of the annual Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Contract and National Training Programmes
• Liaise with Curriculum Heads, relevant administration and academic staff to ensure compliance at all times with SDS Operating rules
• Responsible for conducting participant progress reviews and providing feedback to College staff, the participant and the employer
• Understand and provide advice to participants and employers on a range of personal matters, employment law, minimum wage guidelines and other appropriate legislation

So, what are we looking for?

• Proven experience working within a busy student support environment
• Proven knowledge of working with Skills Development Scotland National Training Programmes
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals
