Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant ready for your next temporary assignment?
ASA are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to assist a busy team by providing general administration support. This a full time role (37.5 hours per week) working from home, although attendance may occasionally be required in offices located in EH3 area of Edinburgh or G3 area of Glasgow.
Duties will include:
· Diary and email management
· Dealing with correspondence
· Plan/organise meetings
· Minute taking
Qualifications/skills/experience required:
· HNC level in business administrative discipline or equivalent
· Previous Administrative Assistant experience
· Experience of meeting planning/organisation including organising diaries, taking and distributing minutes
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
