Night shift Care Assistant £11.50 plus mileage costs covered. Weekly paid. Double time for Public Holidays
Holiday pay not included in the pay rate, this is extra allowing you to take time off and still be paid

You must have at least 6 months UK work experience to apply for this role.

ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit a number of Care Assistants to meet the needs of our varied Care Home Clients. These are based within Dundee and surrounding areas including Arbroath, Forfar and Brought Ferry

The night shift would be 12 hours but we are flexible with the amount of shifts you want to work, part time and full time hours are available.

Requirements for this role
· Minimum 3 months experience working in a social care environment
· SSSC registration or 3 months to apply once joining ASA
· Applicants must have current Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) membership and be willing to undertake a PVG update through our company prior to commencing in post.
· Team players

· SVQ 2 would be advantageous but not essential

Job involves:
· teamwork in a care home environment for the elderly
· helping people carry out their daily activities in line with individual care plans
· promoting independence, dignity and choice
· emotional and social support
