ASA Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to be part of a professional team in the Highland Capital.
Your new role will be to provide administrative support for a busy property and facilities management team. To maintain database information, carry out analysis and evaluations, minute meetings and compile management information.
Responsibilities include:
* Administrating databases and systems, including the creating, updating and amending records
* Setting up service contracts, analysis and, evaluation and reports
* Scheduling meetings, minute taking and circulating minutes and agendas
* Reviewing payment applications, bulk orders and invoices
* Preparing summary information of monthly contract activities
Requirements:
* Ability to obtain a Basic Disclosure Scotland
* Have a formal qualification in relation to Administration
* Experience of working in a property related environment, financial monitoring and reporting
* Ability to use databases and software applications
* Be highly organised to be able to meet deadlines and targets
