Are you a Finance Assistant looking for a new challenge?

ASA Recruitment are working with a Scottish adult learning disability charity to source a Finance Assistant to join the ranks on a permanent basis. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Providing administrative support to the Corporate Services function, including purchasing, invoicing, debtor monitoring, and monthly payroll activity
• Responsible for preparing monthly core staff payroll run for approval by the Finance Manager
• Preparing and sending out invoices for student fees, grant funding and other income
• Contributing to a clear focus on driving improvements in quality, impact and performance, becoming an ambassador for the charity

So, what are we looking for?

• Relevant financial administration experience
• Experience of using an accounting/purchasing software package such as Xero
• Qualification in a finance background would be advantageous
