ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest healthcare client to source an experienced Building Fabric Manager to support a building repair operation, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Support the management of building repairs at a large public hospital including roofing, joinery and painting
• Providing guidance and expertise to other members of staff
• Helping with physical work to manage the workload when required

So, what are we looking for?

• Lengthy experience in a building repair background
• Experience in areas such as roofing, joinery and painting
• Ability to provide guidance to other members of staff
• Qualifications to back up experience
