ASA are currently recruiting for Project Support Officers within the public sector to support the Programme Management Services team.
The Location is flexible to accommodate any candidates based in Scotland
Duties include:
· Support co-ordination of all Project Phases including Proposal, initiation, Design, Implementation, Closure and Review
· Diary co-ordination and arranging meetings together with all related duties
· Minute taking
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Relevant skills, experience and qualifications required:
· Educated to degree level in Office Administration or related subject or proven experience gained in a busy office environment
· Good knowledge of methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects
· Ability to manage a diverse workload while ensuring the provision of a high quality service
· Team working experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a well-developed organisational ability
