Are you a People Metrics expert?

ASA Recruitment are working with one of Scotland’s largest public sector clients to source a People Data Manager, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Lead a team in the delivery of a reporting system that offers robust and insightful management intelligence advice and knowledge
• Develop a people analytics strategy for the HR function, identifying opportunities for analytics and insights to add value to the business
• Spearhead analytics projects/workstreams, identifying the most appropriate use of analytics and insights to achieve strategic, operational and project objectives
• Lead a team of colleagues to scope and deliver a range of data, dashboards, cyclical reports/MI reports (internal/external) and ad-hoc requests to help inform and shape business decisions.

So, what are we looking for?

• Excellent grasp of people metrics and people data analytics
• Senior expertise in the design and delivery of HR dashboards and people reports
• Ability to mentor colleagues and effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Experience of using HR systems
