Receptionist

ASA Recruitment are looking for a receptionist for a busy city Center Hotel in the heart of Glasgow, My Client is looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career who is eager to succeed and wants a career not just a job.

The Role

Is to provide top class service with a welcoming and engaging personality as you will be the first point of contact any potential guest will come into contact with.

Duties

• Checking Guests in making sure all reservations are correct.
• Settling any outstanding bills when guest check out.
• Making sure everything is to guests satisfaction at all time
• Answering incoming calls, dealing with any enquires from the general public
• General Admin including receiving any mail that comes in

Shifts

• Five over seven on a one week rotation,
• Early shift 7am-3pm
• Late Shift 2.30pm-11pm
• 40 hours a week
