Provide secretariat support for Programme level Board meetings, including timely commissioning of papers, collation and quality assurance of Board papers.
Provide logistical support including planning, co-ordination and overseeing the practical arrangements for Board meetings.
Provide high quality minute-taking to ensure proceedings are accurately recorded, actions captured, and all follow up action taken. · Ensure the appropriate management and effective filing and retrieving of documents and reference materials on behalf of the Governance Team, working alongside and in conjunction with the Programme Management Office.
Assist the Governance Lead Officer with duties as and when required, to support the information flow to Board Chair’s, Programme Senior Leadership Team, Programme Management Office and Audit Scotland. ·
Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment you will be expected to provide additional support functions to ensure the smooth operational running of the Programme Management Office.
Provide direct line management to one A3 Programme Admin Support Officer to ensure consistent quality of work is provided, maintaining an overview of their work, providing regular feedback on performance and ensuring wider team resilience in covering essential activities.
