Are you an experienced Agile Delivery manager?

If so, ASA recruitment are currently sourcing a contract Delivery Manager for Scotland’s largest public sector client. The role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s central belt, this is a Hybrid working role with occasional travel to offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

If you started in this role today you would be…

Supporting cross-functional project teams for complex product launches and projects

Drive delivery through the implementation and running of appropriate agile tools and techniques

Ensure that all products are built using the appropriate programme design standards, preparing the team for assurance processes

Build and maintain a motivated and collaborative team, ensuring they are working effectively

Manage coordination and delivery of engagement with Senior Responsible Owner and Programme Governance, ensuring that governance is effective and efficient

What would make you successful in this role?

Servant-leading a high-performing, continuously delivering, cross-functional development possibly in a role such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager

Experience in Agile product development using a user centred, design practices

Well versed in planning and delivering in Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmaps

Awareness of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery approach

Awareness of GDS or Digital First Service Standards as part of project delivery
