Are you an experienced IT Project Manager?

ASA Recruitment are looking to source a highly experienced Project Manager to provide consultancy on a number of IT projects for a large local council. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Responsible for managing a number of IT projects, critical to the ongoing delivery of council services
• Update the existing weighbridge software to WeighSoft 5 for all weighbridges to keep the system updated and maintain technical support
• Develop an interface between WeighSoft 5 and SAP to help avoid re-keying data
• Provide a solution that allows the business to proactively and effectively manage and monitor the Fleet Management Function
• Provide a technical platform to integrate vehicle, asset, fuel and driver management to drive down the operational running costs and provide operational efficiencies and flexibility

So, what kind of experience are we looking for?

• Strong experience of managing projects
• Experience within an IT background
• PRINCE2 or equivalent would be advantageous
