Support Worker

ASA are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work all over Fife, you can choose your location and work schedule. This will be a temporary post but temporary roles are an excellent way to level up in your career or to make a quick return to work. Given that you have some experience, a temp role will provide you with a range of new contacts and experience. All temporary roles have the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

We are looking for staff that can provide a range of care and support services for residents with a varied range of disabilities. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own! We’re seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our residential care service – could this be you?
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent support worker Above all we want someone that shares in our client’s values.

The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.

· Weekly pay, starting from £10.50 per hour up to £21 for Public holiday’s
