Strategic Project Consultant

Description

Our client based in the EH16 area of Edinburgh is looking for Strategic Project Consultants to undertake some work for the organisation for a period of 4-5 months. Although based in Edinburgh, remote working is an option with possible occasional travel to other sites required.

Role responsibilities:
· Build a programme based approach to project management across the organisation, including stock of multiple ongoing projects and to develop implementation plan
· Evolve and develop the role of the office and its activities. Shape the future of the office and operations to most effectively support the delivery of the organisation plan, evolving the office team to be capable and empowered to lead change
· Review and map responsibilities and accountabilities of the institution and in updating and streamlining governance, assurance and decision making
· Undertake a project to identify and analyse available data relate to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Essential skills/competences/qualifications:
· Programme Management experience
· Governance and assurance experience
· Data analysis
· Experience supporting large project initiatives
