Description

ASA Recruitment are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Public Sector Client in the Highlands. The role will initially be hybrid working but has the potential to be fully remote.

Your new role will be to organise and facilitate a new project to deliver a programme of works with a Building Maintenance team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Update programmes of works.
  • Update databases and maps to help with planning and service delivery.
  • Liaise with Energy Providers and Utility Companies.
  • Provide support to senior team members.
  • Other administrative duties that may be required.

Requirements:

  • An experienced and confident administrator.
  • Experience of Facilities Management.
  • Be able to plan and organise activities to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with experience of IT systems.
  • Ability to hybrid and remote working.
