ASA Recruitment are looking to source a Resourcing Technology Lead to develop the recruitment technology estate within Scotland’s largest Public Sector client, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Responsible for the management of the resourcing technology estate including applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and pre-employment screening systems (Amiqus)
• Identifying opportunities to enhance both the candidate and hiring manager experience
• Providing expertise on recruitment systems to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of resourcing campaigns

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of developing or maintaining resourcing technology solutions throughout the end-to-end process
• Proven knowledge of the iCIMS applicant tracking system and how it supports the end-to-end resourcing process
• Ability to demonstrate project management disciplines including prioritisation and risk management
• Evidence of embedding change across different teams
