Looking for the next step in your Communications career?

ASA Recruitment are looking to source an Resourcing Communications & Engagement Consultant to develop the recruitment service within Scotland’s largest Public Sector client, this role is suitable for candidates based in the Edinburgh area.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Developing an effective communication plan, and messages, across all users of the client’s recruitment service including external candidates
• Proactively managing a range of internal content including the writing of news articles, staff newsletters, email marketing and intranet content while ensuring they are all clear, engaging and accessible
• Providing professional communications advice and supporting on a range of areas including user experience changes, system changes and wider team communications
• Developing a range of creative and engaging communications materials, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

So, what are we looking for?

• Strong experience within a communications environment
• Experience of communications within a recruitment environment would be advantageous
• Strong team working and people management skills
• A proven ability to think creatively within a communications environment, using insight to inform your approach
