Are you an experienced homeless and addiction Project Worker? ASA Recruitment are searching for talented Project Workers in Glasgow and the surrounding area for our clients to support service users moving on from or experiencing homeless and dealing with addiction.
The role:
As a Project Worker you will be working to develop trusting, trauma informed relationships with service users, while providing practical and individual support to clients. You will be supporting and empowering individuals to manage control in their own lives. It is crucial that Project Workers maintain a non-judgemental, caring attitude and have a pre-existing understanding of homelessness and addiction. A knowledge of substance use, including expertise in harm reduction approaches, is also key. As well as the ability to build effective working relationships with service users with complex needs whilst retaining professional boundaries.

Essential requirements:
· Previous experience working in homeless and addiction services.
· SSSC (within 6 months of working with us).
· Caring personality.
· PVG.
