Description

Are you an experienced Casework Administrator looking for your next exciting assignment? If so, we have the position for you.

Your new role

You will be responsible for carrying out a range of administrative activities, including the coordination of visits for practitioners and be the first point of contact for telephone callers. Also to contribute to the collations of statistical information.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all forms are completed correctly and accurately and in accordance with the law
  • Participating on a team rota to answer all incoming telephone calls
  • Providing administrative support to Team Leaders and Practitioner Staff
  • Ensuring confidentiality and sensitive information is maintained at all times

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of standard ICT packages such a Microsoft
  • Be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation and liaising with a diversity of health professionals
  • Experience of being able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role
