Do you have a strong Business Management background?

ASA Recruitment are looking to source an experienced Business Manager to manage workflow within an educational directorate in the public sector, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Managing the workflow within the directorate to ensure work is allocated effectively and deadlines are adhered to
• Ensuring the smooth running of operations, including developing clear and robust processes to handle daily work across the directorate
• Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timeous response to requests for engagement, advice and support
• Ensuring the implementation of key colleague-facing processes such as onboarding, objective setting, performance management and annual leave planning

• Demonstrable experience of effectively improving processes
• Fantastic organisational and project management abilities
• Top class interpersonal skills, with the ability to form effective relationships to promote collaborative working
• Ability to analyse, understand and respond to complex issues in a politicised environment
