Are you an experienced Project Lead looking for a new challenge with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to source an experienced Senior Project Lead to support a largescale public programme, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Leading in the delivery of an engagement strategy within a welfare setting of the public programme
• Take charge in resolving issues with escalation paths and engagements
• Support the team by ensuring that any changes are funnelled through the team to ensure that the right people are handling the right tasks
• Build upon strong existing relationships and ensure there is proper guidance in place for engaging with stakeholders

So, what are we looking for?

• You will have experience leading projects in a politically sensitive environment
• Experience of negotiating key business deliverables within strict deadlines.
• Be able to communicate with, support and influence stakeholders both internally and externally
• Fantastic people management and relationship building skills
• A strategic planner who can promote collaborative work
