Are you an experienced Finance Change Manager looking for a new challenge in the Public Sector?

ASA Recruitment are working with Scotland’s largest Public Sector client to source an experienced Senior Finance Change Manager to implement changes in a large public project, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Establish the current state by undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the current financial management framework and collect documentation to support this
• Establish the target state, again gathering documentation to support this and work with stakeholders to complete an analysis based on business requirements
• Create an implementation plan that will identify differences between current state and target state then take the necessary actions to implement it
• Make a strategic operating model for financial management

So, what are we looking for?

• You will be a professionally qualified membership of a recognised body
• Demonstrate progressively complex management and change experience within a finance department
• Experience of strategic plan implementation
