Description

Role Purpose
The day to day management of the organisation CRM and data system e.g. SalesForce. Administer the CRM system, support all departments with improving business processes, data integrity, data management and SalesForce training.
Responsibilities
Our client uses SalesForce as its main CRM and Information Management System across all departments, specifically the Non-Profit Service Pack (NPSP) and various other add on Apps. In this role you will
· Be able to bridge the gap between the charity’s business requirements and the technology available via SalesForce & associated Apps to deliver on its goals
· Develop and improve processes for enhanced usability and efficiency in order to streamline working practice across teams, and create cost effective solutions.
· Provide quality information and insight through analysis of database and related datasets to inform future campaigns.
· Support the Fundraising Team to develop, manage and deliver supporter journey’s for new and established donors.
· Provide the Services Team with an improved system for both maintaining captured data and the analysis of data through tailored reports.
· Actively participate in and contribute to architecture/design discussions and decisions.
· Have a strong awareness of business processes and data management requirements
· Be interested in solving business problems to help the charity work more efficiently
· Be able to automate business processes, create reports, dashboards and work with all departments to ensure that the charity gets the most out of SalesForce
· Devise and create system documentation, including processes, policies and application configuration.
· Devise and provide appropriate one-off and ongoing training to users on various aspects of the NPSP system and associated Apps
· Create and maintain accurate supporter records, ensuring that supporter details and contact histories are updated as necessary (including mailing/consent preferences and address changes etc) in line with GDPR regulations.
Build confidence across the charity to successfully use SalesForce and associated Apps to deliver improved efficiencies for business processes and data collection. Work closely with internal teams to increase the quality and scope of our database.
· Provide a consistent and approachable point of contact for users and other stakeholders.

Essential experience

· Previous SalesForce Administrator role for at least 2 years
· Experience of working within a fundraising environment.

· Demonstrable knowledge and track record of customisation and maintenance of Salesforce
· Excellent general computer skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent collaborative and team skills
· Excellent business process awareness and desire to help others achieve
· Creative and with design flair – able to design user interfaces and page layouts which are intuitive and easy to use
· Strong interpersonal and networking skills
· Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexibly when required
Able to work independently and to deliver on promises.

Qualifications

· SalesForce Administrator certification essential and evidence of maintaining certification.
· Degree preferable in any subject.
