Responsibilities of the Support Worker include:
· Encouraging Service Users to live more independently in carrying out daily tasks.
· Participating in group and leisure activities where appropriate.
· Keeping reports up to date and accurate.
· When required, taking the Service users out to different locations from the facilities.
· Confidentiality ensuring that you respect the client group/staff.
