Our client is seeking a Business Support Assistant to work as part of a wider team which provides business planning and support to the directorates across the organisation. The team also includes numerous colleagues who support the directorate’s administration requirements, reception, enquiries and also support senior colleagues within the organisation.
This role will support administration for a team and the work requires high attention to detail.
Essential skills
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to work using your own initiative.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
· Experience of working in a fast paced office environment, proficient in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel IT packages.
· Experience of providing administration support to senior management.
Based in Glasgow, Livingston or Dundee Offices. (currently hybrid working)
Applicants must have a basic disclosure certificate in place.
Baseline Personnel Security Standard will be required to start the role. Any job offer is subject to necessary security clearance.
