Are you an experienced Contract professional looking to find your next challenge in one of Scotland’s fastest expanding industries?

ASA Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Contract manager for a hybrid home/office permanent position within the operations and projects function of an expanding client in the exciting Energy Sector.

This role would see the successful candidate…

• Design, implement and maintain contract delivery processes in alignment with overall Company policy
• Ensuring project related Company sales are maximised with all potential delays mitigated and effective cost tracking is implemented so that the contract achieves profit targets
• Constantly working to Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute and Close-out Phases, or parts thereof, of all projects are driven and delivered safely in line with, or ahead of expectations.
• Responsible for development, management and delivery of Company budgets whilst maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, developing and implementing KPIs and performance targets as applicable in conjunction with client and Company senior management team, providing direction and support to project personnel to achieve or exceed targets and KPls

So, what are we looking for?

• Degree qualified in an Engineering or Project Management discipline
• Significant, demonstrable experience in an offshore industry project delivery role including construction activities through to close-out
• Significant, demonstrable experience in anticipating and resolving problems and contingency planning capabilities
• Significant demonstrable experience in a similar position
