About the position: –

Our Client would like experienced Chef-de-Partie to work in a fun energetic environment, catering for events and daily food service. Our Clients need a Chef-de-partie to help with the day-to-day production of the kitchen in line with the kitchen management team in the Southwest of Glasgow. If you can provide quality skill sets and a passion for foods production, our clients would like to be working with you.

This establishment has major plans for growth over the next few months. Opening up amazing opportunities for internal promotion and growth. This role would best suit a Chef-de-Partie looking to step up into a management role or a demi Chef-de-Partie looking to step to Chef-De-Partie.

Key skills: –

· Large volume frying
· Pizza making
· Plating and presentation
· Prepare and present menu items
· Monitoring/Recording of kitchen temperature recording’s
· Liaise with kitchen management
· Fridge management and labelling
· Preparation for daily service
· General kitchen housekeeping duties
· General kitchen duties

To be considered for this role as a Chef-de-partie you will require: –

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Food safety certificate
· Allergens certificate (preferred)
· Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P and C.O.S.H.H
· Experience of working as a chef in high volume establishments
· Have an eye for detail

Job Benefits: –

· Salary:- £10.20 -£10.50 (3-month probation moving to contracted after 3-months)
· chef jackets provided and laundered
· Working 4 days from 7 (4 on 3 off after a settling period)
