ASA Recruitment is looking to grow our talented and sales driven team in Glasgow. We are recruiting for experienced Recruitment Consultants or Resourcing Consultants looking for their next career move.

Your role will be varied and include:

– Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for your target market utilising our CRM database, advertising and social media
– B2B sales to build and grow your client portfolio
– Managing the recruitment process from candidate interview to placement
– Identifying and matching candidates to your clients recruitment needs

To be a successful Recruitment Consultant you will need to be ambitious, creative and resilient with strong sales and client development skills. In turn we offer an attractive commission scheme which can maximise your earnings.

This is an exciting fast paced role and we are looking for individuals who want to grow from within. We have an excellent training platform to enable our Recruitment Consultants to develop their long-term career.
