Complex Care Support Worker

Description

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs
• CV covering a 10-year work history
• SVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
• PVG Update required through ASA
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
