Our Support Workers have played an important and rewarding role caring for the individuals in residential homes and within their own homes.

We are currently searching for Support Workers who share our values of putting the individual at the centre of the care, placing their needs and requirements first. Special Workers who want the best for the people whom they are supporting wishing to give them a better and more fulfilled life.

No two days will ever be the same depending on the individuals whom you support but as a rule of thumb you will assist with personal care, supporting with dressing, feeding, and helping in all areas of daily activity. Administering of medication, maintaining records and reports. Accompanying them to the shops and sometimes social activities, generally encouraging independence and personal fulfilment.

If you are an experienced Support Worker with at least six months experience of working within a similar role, have the availability to work at least 3/4 shifts per week so that you can make a difference and have the opportunity to build a rapport and relationship with the people whom you are supporting. Able to obtain two references and are able to work in the UK then ASA have roles for you.
