ASA Recruitment are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our established Central Glasgow team.

So, what is the job?

• Starting off by working on an established contract, you’ll be tasked with finding the right candidates for our clients and growing our existing business
• You’ll work to create a structured and competitive business plan to engage with companies who will benefit from association with our fantastic candidates
• Always growing your candidate pools within a range of different job roles, you’ll be tasked with staying engaged with a constant supply of available candidates for our clients
• You’ll find your niche within our team and start to grow your desk as your time with ASA moves on reaching out to non-contract clients, giving you the potential opportunity to progress and grow a team around you

What do you need to be a success in this role?

• You’ll need to be a strong people centric communicator, able to speak to people from all walks of life via the phone, social media, email and face to face
• Motivated to find the right role for the right candidate and vice versa, you’ll need to be persistent and motivated
• A team player who can work collaboratively with a team filled with mixed experience and specialisms
• You’ll need to be Hungry to learn more about different types of jobs and eager to develop and help our key clients across a range of different roles
• Driven to succeed to meet targets, smash your KPI’s and grow with the business
• You don’t need recruitment experience directly but a previous role in customer service, sales or account management would be an advantage
