ASA Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Support Advisor for one of our public sector clients who is proficient in minute taking and has experience working in a fast paced environment
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Providing administrative assistance and support to the Business Support Team
· Reviewing and publishing service information on the companies intranet and internet site, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
· Updating and maintaining data from computerised systems through examining databases and spreadsheet application, producing reports and collating statistical information as required
To be successful in this this role you will need:
· Excellent minute taking skills
· PA experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organisation skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office packages
· Time management skills
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role offers a secure 2 month contract initially, with the potential to extend, working 5 days a week as part of a dynamic and supportive team in Scotland’s central belt.
