The HR Advisor will have significant case management experience of handling performance management, disciplinary, grievances and fairness at work situations. This includes managing the processes, and supporting and coaching line managers to engage in the processes appropriately. As well as these skills you will be able to hit the ground running, and possess key competencies such as strong decision-making skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, use of initiative and excellent customer service.
