ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for Support Workers in North Lanarkshire to support adults with complex needs in the comfort of their own home. We currently have on-going roles which we are looking to source the best candidates for ASAP.

Your core duties as a Support Worker will include:

· You will assist them the service users to realise and develop goals identified in their care plan.

· You will also support them with all aspects of daily living including personal care, health related practices including mealtime assistance and administering medication.

· You will deal with challenging behaviour and learn to adapt to the individual’s needs

· A degree of physical activity will be involved in providing support to the people receiving support.

What we look for in our Support Workers at ASA:

· You will have a great work ethic and can work using your own initiative.

· You will be registered with the PVG scheme and willing to undergo an update if necessary.

· A driving license is preferred but not desirable.

· The ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
