The duties for this role are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and deserve to be treated as such. However, duties will include personal care, assisting with and sometimes taking an active part in a wide range of interests and daily activities, supporting their health and well being, helping them to make their own choices and encouraging independence and the opportunity to have a more fulfilled life.
If you are an experienced Support Worker or Home Support Worker with at least 6 months UK experience working in a similar role, have the right to work in the UK and are able to produce two references from a care background – ASA want to hear from you.
