Project Worker – Homeless

ASA Recruitment have exciting opportunities on offer for dedicated Project Workers to join our incredible team to work with various customers around Glasgow and surrounding areas in assisting and supporting vulnerable adults facing homelessness, addictions and mental health to achieve better lives. These are rewarding and dynamic roles where no 2 days are the same.

What your role of a Project Worker will look like:

Supporting customers in temporary accommodation to acquire the skills to manage their own tenancy
Supporting customers with making/attending appointments
Supporting customers to participate in positive activities and social events within the community
Acting as a positive role model to the customers that you support

To be considered for the role of a Project Worker, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:

You will have previous employment experience in working with homelessness
Knowledge of addictions and accompanying behaviours
You will have the ability to connect and build strong relationships with the service users.
