Are you a Junior Desktop Support Analyst ready for a contract in the Scottish public sector?

Our client is currently looking for temporary Junior Desktop Support Analysts with either two year’s experience in IT or a degree in a related field.

Essential Criteria:

· Educated to higher education / degree level
· And/or holds professional qualifications or equivalent certified training to at least:
· Microsoft Certified Professional in Desktop operating systems
· Microsoft Certified Professional in related Network areas (or demonstrable in-depth knowledge in such areas)

Desirable Criteria:
Knowledge in
· Office365 support skills including Azure Active Directory knowledge
· Outlook support skills
· Desktop support experience
· AD
· SCCM
