ASA Recruitment have the privilege of working with a fantastic customer focused client. The selected candidate will support our client by dealing with their customer accounts and supplying first class service.

Main responsibilities of a Customer Advisor include:

* Provide first class customer service to help the customers resolve their accounts.
* Inbound and outbound communication with customers using multi-channel solutions – Phone, email, SMS, Web Chat and Website.
* Understand the client’s products and services to find the best solution for the customer.
* Update Customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files.

Requirements for a Customer Advisor:

* Able to pass a basic disclosure and credit check (no CCJ’s or bankruptcy)
* Enjoy talking to people on the phone and want to help others.
* Previous Customer service experience. (Training will be supplied)
* Have the passion to succeed and have an eye for progression.
